Digital Service Delivery Policy

Pinetree Deployments provides digital and cloud-based software services. This policy explains how those services are delivered and what affects delivery.

Digital and cloud-based services

Our services are digital. We design, build, integrate and deploy custom software. We do not manufacture, sell or ship physical products, and physical delivery does not apply to our work.

How delivery normally happens

Services and deliverables are provided remotely and electronically. Depending on the engagement, delivery may include:

  • Access to staging environments for review and acceptance.
  • Deployment to a production environment.
  • Secure access to a source-code repository, where agreed.
  • Documentation, files, dashboards or cloud access.

What defines the deliverables and dates

The exact deliverables, milestones and dates for your project are defined in the written proposal, order form or service agreement — not on this website. We do not publish invented turnaround times.

What can affect delivery

  • Client dependencies — timely access, decisions, content and credentials.
  • Third-party providers — their availability, onboarding and approval processes.
  • Testing and acceptance — procedures may be defined in the agreement.

Access, payment and support

Access to delivered software may depend on payment and on compliance with the agreement. Maintenance and support are included only where the agreement states so, with channels and service levels set out in writing.

Effective date: 15 January 2026
