Our target
This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA for its critical pages. We treat that as a working standard to design and build against, not a badge — an automated tool passing does not, on its own, mean a site is fully accessible, so we also test manually.
What we have done
- Every page can be operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a logical tab order.
- A “Skip to main content” link is available at the start of each page.
- Landmarks, headings and labels are used so screen-reader users can understand and navigate the structure.
- The mobile menu traps focus while open, closes with Escape, and returns focus to the button that opened it.
- Form fields have visible labels, helpful descriptions, and errors that are announced and linked to the field.
- We aim for text contrast that meets AA, and we never rely on colour alone to convey meaning.
- Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology; meaningful diagrams have a text description.
- The layout reflows without horizontal scrolling and remains usable at 200% zoom.
Motion and animation
We use motion sparingly and never require an animation to finish before you can read content or use a control. If your device or browser is set to reduce motion, we remove looping and decorative movement and keep transitions minimal, while keeping all content and functionality.
Known limitations
We are not currently aware of significant accessibility barriers on this website. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and some issues can still exist — particularly in areas that depend on your browser or assistive technology. If you meet a barrier, we want to hear about it.

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or you use assistive technology and something does not work as expected, please tell us through the contact form and describe the page and the problem. We will do our best to help and to put things right.
